Property reference
Every numeric animatable property, with its unit, default, and the group whose declaration it shares. The 3 color properties are listed under The properties. The table is read from the engine, so it always matches the editor.

The slider range is only for the slider: you can type a value outside it. Filters are the one exception. They’re clamped to their valid range in every dialect, because blur(-4px) is invalid CSS and the browser would drop the whole declaration.
